What moov is

Moov provides indicative property information reports based on available public, open, licensed, third-party and modelled data sources. The report is designed to help users identify possible areas for further investigation when reviewing a property. It is an early-stage information tool and should not be treated as professional advice.

What moov is not

Moov does not provide surveying, valuation, conveyancing, legal, mortgage, insurance, planning, engineering, structural, environmental due diligence or financial advice. It does not confirm legal boundaries, title quality, ownership rights, planning status, insurance availability, market value or structural condition, and does not replace a RICS survey, local authority search, environmental search, mining search, conveyancer review or mortgage valuation. Moov does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or current status of any dataset. Missing data does not mean that no issue exists.

Use of the report & liability

A report is provided for the personal use of the purchaser only. It may not be resold or redistributed. It is prepared solely for the purchaser; no other person should rely on it, and Moov accepts no responsibility to anyone other than the purchaser. The report reflects data available at the time it was generated and should not be relied on as current thereafter. Moov's liability to the purchaser is limited to the fee paid, subject to your statutory rights and to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

AI-generated content

Parts of a report's written explanation are generated by an AI system based on structured data from the listed sources. The AI explains the data in plain English and does not make professional judgements. AI-generated text can occasionally misinterpret or misstate data, so anything important should be verified against the original source and with a qualified professional.

Refunds

If a report fails to generate, is materially incomplete due to a Moov technical fault, or is supplied for the wrong property due to our error, we will offer a corrected report or a refund. Where third-party data is unavailable and this is clearly shown in the report, that does not by itself entitle you to a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
